~Normal Trainers~

~New Trainer
New Trainers are those who have just started their pokemon journey. They only have their first, starter pokemon or 2 at best. New Trainers don't have much fighting experience and they don't know much about the world of pokemon. They have very long way to go if they want to be expert trainer someday.

~Advanced Trainer
Advanced Trainers are those who have already been on their pokemon journey for a month or two. They already have about 4 pokemon. They have met some challenges along their journey and thus are little more experienced in fighting. They might have 1 gym badge. They still have a lot of work to do when they want to become great pokemon trainers someday.

~Breeders~

~New Breeder
New breeders are those who are new with their job. They don't know much about pokemon but can treat some slight injuries and make some pokemon food. New Pokemon Breeders know more than normal trainer though. They aren't fixed on their dream to become the world's best pokemon breeders.

~Advanced Breeder
Advanced Breeders are those who pretty much about the Pokemon in their Region. They already have about 4 pokemon, maybe less but those less are very well breaded. They have met some challenges along their journey and thus are little more experienced in fighting. Advanced Pokemon Breeders can make their own Pokemon Food but it doesn't taste very good yet. They can also use 'Max Potions' and Breed Pokemon if they have 2 needed species. There is 75% that the Pokemon Breeding will fail though.

~Coordinators~

~New Coordinator
New Coordinators are those who have just started their pokemon journey. They only have their first, starter pokemon or 2 at best. New Coordinators don't have much fighting and contest experience and they don't know much about the world of pokemon. They have very long way to go if they want to be expert coordinator someday.

~Gym Leaders~

~A Gym Leader
Leader is the highest ranking member of a Pokemon Gym. The main job of a Gym Leader is to test Trainers and their Pokemon so that they are strong and resourceful enough to compete against the Elite Four. A Gym Leader's job is not just to test upcoming Trainers. They must oversee how their respective gym is run and to maintain it. Great care must be taken to make sure that their gym reflects the best environment for the Pokemon type and playing style of choice, usually an environment that suits that type of Pokemon used there, like pools in a Water-type gym or flowers and plants in a Grass-type gym.
Remember that Gym Leader's don't have to have same type gym as in the anime and they can give badges to anyone and Admins nor Mods can say anything about it. When challenger loses to Gym Battle they are allowed to ask to become Gym Leader's Apprentice but it is Gym Leader to decide if he/she is willing to take any.
